I took this whilst in Dublin in July 2013. The main focus was the woman in her banana dress whose gaze was wandering off down the road ahead, longing for her next customer. I wondered about the prams too, it conjured up a strong image of her living hand to mouth, and needing to sell the produce to feed her children. I loved the fact that her dress matched the bananas, as if she was favouring them over the strawberries; perhaps some clever marketing, street-vendor style.
