A poem #42 – He dances through the night

Sun is low,
thoughts are shadows.

Dusk comes burning
through the bending trees,
and my vision blurs
the more I see.

Dawn shows,
through aching bones.

Whites are phosphorescent
on my dancing limbs,
and I’ve gone to far
with my memories.
